Chefs on Call is a special nonprofit project incubating immigrant neighborhood chefs. At this time, you may order homemade West African meals.
Meet Your Chef:
Aissatou is your West African chef. She was trained in her home country of Guinea as a tech professional but stays in touch with her heritage by drawing upon her passion for making homemade food for her fellow expats and those new to African food. Her cooking supports the two young children she was forced to leave behind in Guinea when she escaped the country to avoid the consequences of oppressive policies toward independent women.
Orders are currently for Friday evenings only. Pick up will be from 6–7pm at the Windsor Terrace Food Coop.
